It is planned to hold a vote at our Monthly General Meeting on 12^th November about adopting both the Model Constitution and the updated By-Laws.
The specific resolution that will be put to members is: “That from the 12th November 2024 the SCVCC adopts:

1. A new constitution consisting of the NSW Fair Trading Model Constitution as will be updated from time to time; click to Download  and
2. A revised set of By-Laws as detailed in the document “SOUTH COAST VINTAGE CAR CLUB INC. BY-LAWS, Revision D dated September 2024.” click to Download
